Strategie for a Me/N
I think i got a nice Strategie for a Me/N
 , i am still a noob but i think it might workBackfire } Mind Wrack } Empathy } First you make a lot of negative effects, and then copy it Diversion } to other enemies Epidimedic } Blood Renewal } Offering of Blood } Cheap ep cost, and live/energy gaining, to continue Barbed Signet } the prime mesmer combination I would be glad to hear some response |

Epidemic spreads conditions in a very small radius. Hexes aren't conditions.

conditions are..
poison, disease, cripple, etc. They basicly give a certain disadvantage for how ever long it lasts(usually having to do with that of the skill) You could always switch Empathy with Soul Barbs. |

Conditions are usually coloured in black and white on the condition bars, while hexes are coloured according to the profession of casters.
